1. Is your course open to the public?
-Yes we are a Daily Fee golf facility open to anyone looking for the best golf experience in CO.
2. What is included in the green fees at your facility?
-Unlike most every other course in CO our fee in an "inclusive" fee. This means the fee you pay covers golf, your cart fee, range balls before you tee off, score card, yardage book, and Ridge divot tool.
3. Your website says you are Managed by Troon Golf....who is Troon Golf?
-Troon Golf is the largest golf management company in the world. It was founded on the concept of providing daily fee players a country club feel. When you play a Troon Managed facility you are choosing to enjoy the best service and playing conditions your area has to offer. Not many courses qualify to be managed by Troon Golf so make sure to get every bit of the famous "Troon Experience". Be prepared to feel like a "member for a day"!
4. When was The Ridge built and who designed the course?
-The Ridge is an 18 hole championship golf course built by legendary player and course designer Tom Weiskopf in 1997. Mr. Weiskopf is most respected for his beautiful designs which feature multiple tees and pin locations and offer playability for all ages and a true challenge for those seeking a golf test.
5. How long does a round there normally take?
-We pride ourselves on the full experience you receive at The Ridge and encourage you to focus on having a great time not just making great time. As stated in the rules of golf it is the players responsibility to keep up with the group in front of them at all times. We feel an average round here should take about 4.5 hours or an average of 15 minutes per hole.
6. Is your Bar/Grille open to non golfers?
-Absolutely, the patio at The Ridge has been recognized more than 10 times since we opened for having the best view in town. We love when it is full and we can share our view with as many people as possible both those finishing their round and those just looking for a quality meal. Seating is first come first serve so make sure to come see what all the fuss is about!
